How much will my class cost?

  • BLS Healthcare Provider Initial or Renewal — $50
  • Heartsaver CPR AED (only)  — $50
  • Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED — $85
  • Heartsaver First Aid (First Aid Only) — $45
All Heartsaver CPR courses include Adult/Child CPR, AED, and Choking (Heimlich).
 

Do you offer a guarantee?

I guarantee that I will be able to certify you to American Heart Association Standards. I can not refund opened books.

 

Do I need a book?

Yes, American Heart Association requires that you have a book before, during, and after your class. Books can be purchased online through several vendors listed below or at your class for $20.00.

Do your classes meet IDOE requirements?

Yes, my Heartsaver CPR and AED course and Heartsaver CPR and First Aid course both meet the standards for teachers to renew their license.

When will I receive my card?

You will receive your card at the end of your course.

 

How do I take a class online?

If you are short on time you can take your class online. Click here to register for the online portion of your course. Once you have completed the online portion print your completion certificate. Schedule a time with us to complete your skills check off. When you arrive please bring your completion certificate, photo ID and payment.

 

How much does my skills check off cost?

(This is only applicable to those students wishing to take the classroom portion online.)

  • Heartsaver CPR AED only Skills Check-off Session Part 2 — $45
  • Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Skills Check-off Session Part 2 — $60

Absolutely. Click here to see a list of our current classes. Don’t see what you need? Give us a call and we can arrange for a class to meet your needs.

 

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! We offer group discounts on groups of 8 or more. Please contact us for more details.

 

Can you travel to our location?

Absolutely! Please contact us and we will arrange to hold a class at your location. We also offer group discounts on classes of 8 or more.

 

What do I need to bring to class?

Please bring a photo ID and payment, if you have not already paid.  We look forward to meeting you and teaching you CPR.

 

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash or any major credit card at the beginning of class. You are also welcome to pay on our website when you schedule.

 

What is your cancelation policy?

We require that you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled class. This allows us to fill your spot with someone on the waiting list. Please notify us by phone or e-mail if you need to cancel. There will be a $10 cancelation fee if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice.

We require a minimum of 5 students per class. We reserve the right to cancel 48 hours before your scheduled class if there are not enough students.
